I needed a new roof installation and Kairos presentation done by Tylore sealed it for my husband and I. From there I met Brandon, the Project Manager, who also was very professional and responsive. There was a bit of a delay with the delivery of the tiles from the distributor but Brandon kept me updated throughout the whole process. Overall, I am happy with my selection of going with this company for my roofing needs and everything came out great. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

What a fantastic experience; quick, efficient, thorough and organized are adjectives that merely scratch the surface about this company and its team members, why I didn't say employees you ask? Simple because they are a cohesive team that works collaboratively with each other to get the job done.From start to finish it went like this:* Called the company (got the number off the truck that was working on my neighbor's reroofing project).* Young man shows up on time with all the specs in hand, pricing and ready to go.* Showed me samples* Got me connected with the Ygrene program* Coordinated all of the permitting* Got me scheduled* Sent me a project manager the day before starting to review the process that would transpire next.* Prepped my house by covering windows, pool, putting plywood on the driveway so as not to damage it with the dumpster or falling debris are a few of the precautionary measures that were taken prior to tear down, I'm sure there were more, I just can't remember right now.* Delivered the materials* Teardown was quick and efficient, 2-3days time.* Removed the dumpster returning everything to pre-working conditions.* Tar Paper and Covering another 2-3 days* Inspection* Shingle Install* Thorough clean up of the property* Inspection and done!From start of the work to finish took 2 weeks including weekends!So if you want to re-roof your house and not stress about the least little thing, these are the people to go with. Bonus, my roof is 4 times the size of my friends on the west coast and I only paid twice what he did. So they are reasonably priced too.To Tylore, Brandon, Zach & Team kudos to you, you deserve every bit of this write up and more.P.S. This was done just in time for the rain which came this week in the form of a Tropical Event, my inspection was done on Tuesday.

We used Kairo's to get our roof resurfaced. They were so great with us during the whole experience. When purchasing our home we knew we needed to get the roof resurfaced and they were very quick to get us a quote before our closing. When we were ready to get the project going they were out within a week to get the job done! Highly recommend! Thank you Kairos! :)

Matt and Misty were excellent! Both were very responsive and I was able to get my roof repaired in less than 2 weeks. Right before hurricane season. Thank you!

Had a leak in my roof, they came and fixed it and changed the roof of my duplex. They did a splendid job and looks amazing. The process was fast and easy with no troubles. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My experience with Kairos was phenomenal. From the beginning encounter with Karl who clearly described the process and set timing expectations. The workforce at Kairos were incredible under very hot conditions. All the employees( in and out the office) are very professional, honest and polite. They make sure to clean and pick up all the mess everyday during the job. The job turned out immaculate, great communication during the whole process, they did all the permits, and they were always on time. I recommended them to my friend and she agrees with me that this a company to trust and recommend. I cannot be happier to have had chosen them above the other 2 companies that gave me a estimate. Congrats to Kairos 🥳

We recently replaced our 20-year-old roof with Kairo Roofing and their team was extremely professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We met Tylore who took measurements and prepared a presentation for us to better understand the process for replacing our roof and showed us pictures of their shingles. We have several existing skylights and Maria updated us on all the phases of the work. We had access to a portal to see photographs of the waterproofing and flashing during the install. Their team was quick, clean and very professional!!

We had a new roof installed by Kairos roofing. Zachary, the owner, came out and gave us a rundown of all our options. They were a little more than the other companies that gave us quotes, but they were absolutely the best company. The reason for this is we had 2 other neighbors which had their roofs done last year and the work was very sloppy, the mess left around was horrible, and one of them had a dump truck parked in their driveway for over 3 months full of old roofing material. Anyway, back to Kairos. Cirino was in charge of the tear down of the old roof. His crew was meticulous getting the driveway covered for protection as well as the exterior of the house. They check for nails and picked up all garbage everyday they were here. Juan was in charge of the tile setting. His crew was just as meticulous in their work and cleanup. Both crews made sure there were no nails left behind on driveway and around the house. This was important as the other roofers did not do this and several people on our block had flat tires from nails that were dropped. Want to give our project manager, Brandon, our highest praise. He was constantly updating us with what was going on & what each next step would be. If we had any questions, we would send a text or call and the response was almost immediate. Or no more than 10-15 minutes. Amazing. Zachary would also keep in touch and come by which was great. We also had a solar water heater that had to be removed before the roof was done and put back after job was finished, this and some other projects around the house were done by Julio & his crew. They did a great job as well. Also, we needed a piece of gutter replaced and they recommended 911 Gutters, which came out within a week of the call and got that work done. Kairos roofing went above and beyond. Excellent work ethics, promptness, cleanliness, friendly, and great referrals. Thank you, Kairos roofing, for a wonderful roofing experience. Zachary & Brandon, you guys’ rock. 5 Stars is not enough.
