Kairos Roofing recently installed a metal roof on my house in the old Downtown area of Fort Lauderdale. Like many of houses in this area, one does not know what to expect when the work starts, and the old wood homes show their aging and weathered damage. Here is where Kairos Roofing comes to the rescue. In short, the did an excellent job from beginning to end. Kairos Roofing is a grade A+ company. I am so happy they did my new metal roof. From the start where the sales representative presents their product and fully explains the benefits of doing business with Kairos Roofing to the awesome working crew. And that’s where the excellent job of the maria G. (Project Manager) and Richard Z. (Construction Manager) comes into play. Maria’s first visit to inspect my house for the metal rood assured me I made the best choice by hiring Karios Roofing. Every step of the way, Maria was there for me to assist or respond to any of my concerns. What a pleasant experience I had with Maria and very thankful for her assistance throughout the project. Then when the work started, there came Richard Z. He assured me that every step of the roof installation went smoothly with perfection. He weathered the storms and the down pours while the roof was being installed to assure me of an excellent roof installation. He absolutely did an excellent job along with the crew. I don’t know the crew’s individual name, but I appreciate the hard work and their dedication while installing a roof in our rainy summer afternoons. Recently had our roof replaced by Kairos Roofing. Zach was a pleasure to work with. Upfront and honest from the first meeting which meant a lot when making this type of stressful decision. Walked us through every step along the way. Karen, office manager, was very responsive via text as well. Work was done in a timely manner.
